While I'm thinking deeply about 31 c, we came to a point where we are divided.

But me sitting here, even the decision is tough.

We have to understand our I mean why we're making decision even when it's tough.

What so many talk about the shed, what they've been going through, but I do believe in the process in our city and the agency responsible and not only our time, but for those that come after us to be responsible and hold people accountable.

And one of the reasons that I feel at ease to say yes to 31 C is because that we have a chance in our community board where each community board will have the opportunity to review how the business are doing in our community.

It's a challenging time for small businesses and while we all say the rhetoric, the small business is a backbone of a community, so we have to stand by what we're saying.

So we need business in our community and that understanding led me to say yes and I to all.
