She has championed investments in public safety, expanded childcare programs, secured nearly a $100,000,000 in annual funding for fair fairs.
0:20:53
The list goes on.
0:20:54

0:21:06
This city is stronger, safer, cleaner, and kinder as a direct result of her leadership.
0:21:13
Today, we herald the start of a new session.
0:21:16
This moment is no less urgent than the last.
0:21:19
The needs of our communities are still great.
0:21:21
We must build more housing, strengthen our schools increase access to health care.
0:21:26
We face economic headwinds that put pressure on our budget in the years to come.
0:21:31

We have an opportunity to build on the bold work of these past 2 years to move ahead an agenda that uplifts New Yorkers in every corner of this city.
