I will now open the 4th public hearing on LU's 9 and 10, relating to the 166 dash 11 91st Street Avenue special permit, proposal and council member Williams District in Jamaica, Queens.

The special permit requested will waive the heights requirement that applies to narrow lots in the special downtown Jamaica District.

The special permit will allow applicants to develop a mixed use building with 28 apartments on this narrow lot.

The proposal includes map and mandatory inclusionary housing over the development site which will require applicants to include affordable housing in the proposed development.
