I'll now open the 5th public hearing on l u's 11:12, relating to the 2:30 Kent Avenue Resort and proposal in Council member Resolute District, and we were joined here by Council member Resolute.

This is a proposal to develop a mixed use residential building with approximately 40 apartments The proposal involves rezoning a pearly manufacturing district M1 dash 4 to a mixed use district M1 dash 4 slash r 7 x.

The proposal includes mapping and mandatory inclusionary housing over the rezoning area, which will require applicants to include affordable housing in the proposed development.
