Luis Davimen Dossa, a vendor and member of the Street Vendor Project (SVP), shares his testimony in support of the bill allowing vending on the Brooklyn Bridge. Highlighting his work creating 360 video souvenirs for tourists, Dossa paints a personal picture of how vending on the Brooklyn Bridge supported his family and provided memorable experiences for visitors.

Originally from Venezuela, Dossa expresses gratitude towards the United States for providing opportunities and appeals to the City Council for continued support to ensure his and other vendors' ability to work and thrive in New York City.
