The project is hwq1204, and I can't believe you did not remember that It's that project is in scoping, which means it's within DOT.
2:07:42
We expect to send it to DDC for the actual preliminary design procurement in the rest of the construction this fiscal year.
Speaker 1
2:07:51
Wait.
2:07:51
So what is the scoping?
2:07:52
What does that entail?
Speaker 13
2:07:53
It means it's sort of the creation of the idea It's when our planners sort of do the the preliminaries or geometric designs.
Speaker 1
2:08:01
Internal, no contract.
Speaker 13
2:08:02
All internal.
2:08:04
And then how
Speaker 1
2:08:05
when will it kick over to DDC?
Speaker 13
2:08:07
This fiscal year.
2:08:08
So
Speaker 2
2:08:09
No.
2:08:09
Of course.
Speaker 13
2:08:09
I'll try to give you a a better estimate its timeline, but I have that it will be sent.
2:08:13
The way it works is we sent a it's called the CPI documents.
2:08:17
So it's a package of what we think the the project will be.
2:08:20
And then they they take it for the for procurement of design and then construction.
Speaker 1
2:08:25
And DC, can I get a commitment that we can do an outreach event specifically for that project locally?
Speaker 12
2:08:31
So, I mean, we're we're happy to commit.
2:08:34
In in terms of the project timeline, though, you know, so we'll get the scope from DOT.
2:08:38
It'll go to our front end planning group, they will fact check it for schedule, budget, and constructability.
2:08:45
We'll then coordinate with DOT to finalize the CP, Once that is finalized, then we will be able to start the design process, and then we'll procure a consultant, and and we'll get the design probably takes usually, they take about a year, and then we would start procuring the contract for construction.
