Instructions were provided to panelists for delivering their testimony at the joint committee hearing on equitable MWBE procurement and infrastructure equity. Panelists were briefed on the logistics of testifying both in-person and remotely, including maintaining decorum and the prohibition on self-recording. The first panel, including Matt Taylor, Jacob, Yat Zillow, and Matthew Robinson, was called to begin their testimony.
