Council Member Kamillah Hanks presides over the first meeting of the Subcommittee of Landmarks, Public Siting, and Dispositions for the session. She outlines the hybrid meeting format, registration instructions for those wishing to testify, and the day's agenda, which includes public hearings on housing proposals, Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) designations, and individual landmark designations across various districts in New York City.

Before we begin today's agenda, I'll remind everyone that this meeting isn't being held in a hybrid format for members of the public who wish to testify remotely, we ask that you first register online, and you may do so by visiting www.council.nycdot gov forward slash land use to sign up.
