The Committee on Children and Youth concludes the remote testimony segment of the meeting. Council Member Althea Stevens invites anyone who was missed and wishing to testify virtually to use the Zoom raise hand function. She proceeds to call on registered individuals, Shirley Fevere, Omira Delion, and Chakra Sargent, to see if they are available for testimony.
