Kevin C. Riley
1:35:41
Thank you, Jeffrey.
1:35:44
One quick question.
1:35:44
I'll see if the members have it.
1:35:46
Mister Elkins, so you said in in good faith, you cannot say that you've had good conversations with the developer.
1:35:54
When was the last conversation you had with them?
1:35:56
And do you have a future conversation?
Kevin Elkins
1:35:58
We do not have one schedule.
1:36:01
Council member.
1:36:01
There was 1, I believe, January 10th, that took many months of scheduling.
1:36:06
We're hopeful that based off the proposal we sent over, after being again brushed off for quite a long time.
1:36:14
That incorporated the concerns they reiterated previously.
1:36:17
That maybe that will be to kick start these conversations because obviously we wanna make sure before it gets down to the wire that we can all be we can all guarantee that those workers are going to be safe on that project.
Kevin C. Riley
1:36:29
Thank you.
1:36:30
And, Mister Ellis, I would love if you submitted all that testimony.
1:36:35
You said that this will be better if they rezoned the entire block.
1:36:38
And, technically, this will be a better reason on the avenue.
1:36:41
I just wanna get clarification.
Andrew Ellis
1:36:44
Two clarifications there.
1:36:45
This type of a building belongs on an avenue.
1:36:48
This is unprecedented for a mid block development.
1:36:51
And the second point is that there's an opportunity to rezone the entire block that leaves open for other developers to come in and build developments in that area that would meet the affordable guidelines so that instead of having everything in one tall tower that's unprecedented, it'll be spread out over that zoning lot.
1:37:08
And I believe that might have been mentioned earlier, and the developers had explained that they did not control that.
1:37:14
Lot, which is certainly a valid point.
1:37:16
But if that whole area had been rezoned to a more appropriate zoning, it would incentivize others to redevelop that area, thus spreading out that bulk of the building.
Kevin C. Riley
1:37:26
Thank you.
1:37:26
Do any accounts members have any questions for this panel?
1:37:30
There'll be no question.
1:37:31
This applicant panel was asked.
1:37:32
Excuse me.
1:37:32
Thank you so much.
1:37:33
Thank you.
1:37:34
The last panel I'm gonna call up is Sarah Penningberg, Jane Lindbergh, and Christopher Leon Johnson.
Jane Lindbergh
1:37:52
Mister Ellis will be sending it to you.
Kevin C. Riley
1:38:06
Did Christopher Leon Johnson leave?
1:38:10
Okay.
1:38:12
Alright.
1:38:13
We will begin with miss Sarah Pandenberg.
1:38:18
I'm so sorry for my mispronunciation name.
