Andrew shares personal experiences of enduring harassment by law enforcement, including being wrongly accused and assaulted in both Chicago and New York. He highlights difficulties in obtaining police reports and bodycam footage, suggesting a deliberate attempt to conceal misconduct. Andrew calls for an official investigation into systemic police harassment, citing personal job losses and fearing potential execution similar to reported cases. His testimony urges the council to examine the entrenched issue of police terrorizing citizens.

First, I want to apologize when it happened to you and your family members by being one of the accused.
2:07:50
You know so.
2:07:51
I would like to apologize for that.
2:07:54
I would like to talk about the in my PD because the in my PD is talking about how elect to assist people who are only convicted.
2:08:03
Now I've been terrorized by a couple of people in law enforcement for years in Chicago.
2:08:08
I was a sorted.
2:08:10
New York, I was assaulted.
2:08:11
And for some reason, in both states, they don't they don't want to give the police report or the body cams once when they saw me, they're applying for it, and they keep denying me the body cams.
2:08:24
And please be polite.
2:08:26
Which shows that they're trying to hide something in 2 different states, New York and Chicago.
2:08:30
So that's why I want to ask for an investigation because I'm being terrorized every day.
2:08:36
And when people being terrorized, like, Kim Rose, she had filed a complaint against the police.
2:08:42
The police had a execute suited for filing a complaint against them.
2:08:47
So I too might be executed by police because they like to execute people for no reason at all.
2:08:54
This guy named Philander Castle was executed.
2:08:57
According to the New York Times, he was followed around by law enforcement for 13 years and they executed them.
2:09:04
So I must have found an investigation because police do like to terrorize people.
2:09:10
To, like, do bad things.
2:09:11
And since I take pictures of them following me around, since 2013, I lost every job, every hand, every job ever had since 2013, and and I dropped a hand in 2013, I held over 10 years.
2:09:27
But after that, I lost every job since I take pictures of of the criminals that's following me around.
2:09:33
These are a couple of people in law enforcement.
2:09:35
So I'm asking for an investigation to go on because, you know, because I feel that they're gonna murder me too like they did to Philander Castle, and Kim grows.
