My name is Nadia Gutarova.

I'm a resident of New York, and I'm Jewish.

And as a Jewish, I would like to bring up the issue how unsafe I feel in the city for past 4 months.

And I do not feel safe to show up my identity, and I have to hide it.

And I do feel a lot of do hatred toward me and other people of my community.

And as a mother who is raising a one year old boy, I'm very concerned about his future as a Jewish person.

And I would like to give you a Jewish education, and I would like to know that my child is safe in the city.

So am I and all my other members of my community.

And I believe that you can take appropriate actions to remedy the hateful situation in my city.
