Yeah.
0:59:06
Hi.
0:59:07
I just I'm to kind of reiterate what the captain was just saying.
0:59:12
You know, I'm a member in particular that prepared for 3 years for this examination.
0:59:18
And, you know, with the original score of 77 and my seniority weighted plus, you know, 7 merits of accolade.
0:59:29
You know, my original score had me, you know, in the 700 range.
0:59:35
And after this new waiting system, which none of us were aware of, you know, I dropped a 120 names to, you know, over 800, which traditionally has been a level that is the cutoff point for getting promoted to lieutenant.
0:59:51
So I guess I just really want to reiterate.
0:59:53
I want to thank everybody involved, you know, chair and decast and, you know, everybody's involved.
1:00:00
But, you know, on the n o e, it clearly states, you know, a 70 is a passing grade.
1:00:06
So so I'm just confused as to how, you know, I sacrificed all that time and energy and effort for 3 years to, you know, get a passing grade, to get put into a category to then, you know, have decast just kind of go with whatever they feel because they wanna have a larger list whatever the we don't even know what the reason is why they did that.
1:00:27
You know?
1:00:28
So definitely, you know, if you could provide us with a reason, I mean, we'd love to hear it, not saying that.
1:00:34
I would I would take it as being okay, but, I mean, there's just zero communication.
1:00:40
It's it's very unsettling.
1:00:41
So that's really all I have to say.
