In your past experience, you've seen ways to make sure that the hundreds of thousands of city employees that are impacted by this, by by you as a at this agency, if you are if you are appointed, are not getting to that point in time, understand clearly the law are trained in it, trained in best practices, know exactly how to reach out to the confidential board have confidence to reach out to the the confident interest board, if needed, things like that, where we might wanna make enhancements or improvements to those those pre penalty parts of the job?
