And on that topic of the smaller bids, Are there any grants to help set the floor in terms of the in house resources that smaller bids have?
0:43:22
I could only imagine the the grants and the opportunity is that the smaller bids moves out on due to the fact that they don't have staff to make people aware of the rents available or don't have the staff to be able to fight for resources.

Excuse me.

We, like I said, we provide we have a a bid support team that, you know, any bid, small bid can reach out to, and we can assess what those challenges are.
0:43:49
Sometimes the challenges is due to the assessments But each year, we survey the bids to see which bid would like to increase their assessment.

We walk them through their process.

We actually have an assessment increased webinar that's coming up to kinda walk this through the steps of how they can increase their assessments, which is a legislative process but we wanna make sure that they get the volume from their board.

They engage stakeholders.

So that's one way that they sort of can increase their capacity is by increase in their their assessment.
