The bids love the grant, as I stated, it takes the pressure off of their assessments so they can really think creatively.

You know, we we love this grant because it allows our bids to you know, get out of the normal rope of what they do and to think and really envision the future of these commercial corridors by amplifying the work that they're currently doing.
