We obviously have 1000 of commercial corridors in the city of New York, thousands of commercial corridors, but we only have about 75 bids.

So which means that overwhelming percentage of our commercial corridors don't have a bid.

We're just wondering what resources eventing are available to the commercial corridors that don't have a bid.

So if any commercial corridor that's interested in having a bid, they can definitely reach out to my division, neighborhood development, we can walk them through what that process looks like.

And even before a a neighborhood on organization is interested in a bid, there's a lot of stakeholder engagement that is that is needed.

So depending on where they are in that process, we can help guide them about, well, maybe there's a you need to do merchant organizing first.

If they're further along, there's other resources like the bid exploration, which we were able to provide a lot of support to unablehoods who are in that initial stage to give them that that boost their financial resource tools so that they can really engage the stakeholders.
