So, you know, we saw an increase after the pandemic getting back closer to where we were before the pandemic in 2019.

So we've made progress towards where we were prior to the pandemic But even prior to the pandemic, as you pointed out earlier, we're not meeting our goals and targets that we've set for ourselves to make sure that we have the highest level of protection for especially our youngest New Yorkers.
