During this hearing, I will be calling on panelists to testify, and I would like to remind anyone who is joining us to testify via Zoom.

That you will be on mute until your name is called to testify at which time you will be unmuted by the host.

For those of you who are testifying in person, Be sure to sign up with a sergeant at arms even if you have registered in advance.
