We will now turn to the public testimony We will be limiting public testimony today to 2 minutes each for in person panelist.

Please come up to the table once your name has been called.

For a virtual panelist, once your name is called, a member of our staff will unmute you and the sergeant at arms will set the timer and will give you the go ahead to begin.
