Application l u 2, which proposes the construction of a 547 seat primary school facility in the Old Van Cortland Motel located at 6389 Dash 6393 Broadway, and the Bronx is an application I support.

The construction of a school at this site would alleviate overcrowding in the neighborhood and replace a cheap hotel that brings no benefits to the community with a school that can bring educational opportunities to our children.

As the process continues, it is essential for School Construction Authority to collaborate closely with myself and members of the community to ensure that the design aligns with the needs and preferences of our constituents.
