Council Member Rafael Salamanca, Jr., chairs a committee meeting to discuss urban development projects and landmark designations.
- Salamanca welcomes colleagues and acknowledges the contribution of Jared Riley and Jared Hanks to subcommittees.
- The committee is set to vote on use numbers 1314 for the Timbao Terrace proposal in Manhattan, involving the development of a 19-story building with 340 affordable units and an NYPD parking facility.
- Votes are also scheduled for three individual landmark designations by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, affecting areas in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
- Additionally, the council will consider a proposal for the siting of the 547 Street primary school facility.

Today, we will vote to approve use numbers 1314 related to the Timbao, terrorist proposal and council member, Sanlam's district Manhattan.

As proposed, the project consists of the designation of an urban development action area, approval of an urban development action area project, and the disposition of the development site.

Together with the related acquisition by the city of a portion of the development site to accommodate space for an NYPD replacement parking facility within the new building.
