We will be limiting public testimony today to 3 minutes each.

For in person panelists, please come up to the table once your name has been called and for virtual panelists.

Once your name is called, a member of our staff will unmute you, and the sergeant in arms will set the timer and give you the go ahead to begin.

Please wait for the surgeon to announce that you may begin before delivering your testimony.
