I because the HTS counts units as opposed to people, I think that it would be difficult to make any kind of, like, to say anything about that.

There there is ways to track immigration migration status basically within the HTS, but I don't think that you'd be able to take Benuwa like, a silo speak figure out who are Benuwa's the silo speak is seekers versus immigrants who have come before that.
