Number 2, on transportation to the courts.
3:17:48
I think we all want the transportation to work because you know, we want the percentage of those individuals at record to go down for every reason.
3:17:57
So I know it's a preliminary MMR stated 98% compliance.
3:18:03
I was a little surprised.
3:18:04
I'm ahead of of of the investigations, you know, oversight and investigations.
3:18:10
And that division, thank you to the department, has been keeping track of this and has been on a actual tour with the bus.
3:18:18
So people for whatever reason sometimes decide they don't wanna go to court, for whatever reason, the experience that day, getting up so early, etcetera.
3:18:28
So I'm a little surprised at that 98%.
3:18:31
How do you calculate that?
3:18:33
In other words, maybe it doesn't include the people who don't wanna go at all.
3:18:38
How does that 98% get calculated?
3:18:40
And do you think this is an issue transportation to court?
Lynelle Maginley-Liddie
3:18:46
So the number 98%, it also includes the individuals who have refused I think that the transportation division has worked incredibly hard in this initiative.
3:18:57
They actually work closely with OCA.
3:19:00
They collaborated and built a dashboard to sort of track people as they come to court in real time for their scheduled appointments.
3:19:08
This work is ongoing, but I've seen very the transportation division has worked very hard to ensure people are being transported to court on time.
