This application proposes to build, as the chair mentioned, 2 new buildings at 341 10th Street, a side and park slope within exist seeing, 17 story building surrounded by a parking lot in an open structure that spans the F and G subway track.

We want to be sure that all the options are explored for viable project, and I remain concerned about this AMI band that reflects more of upper middle class rental market, of which the city and Park Slope is completely saturated with.
