So we would basically seek to add a c 24 overlay for a depth of a 100 by 100 on all four corners of Steinway Street And Twenty Third Avenue.

This would facilitate the development here of an approximately 27,000 square foot building, 3.6 f a r, with roughly 22 dwelling units and 6 affordable units, permanent affordable option 1.

So in a in line with that, we are also seeking as with all such rezoning and NIH text amendment to allow for mandatory affordability to apply to the site.
