What are the existing partnerships?
2:49:39
What existing partnerships do you have already in place that facilitate internships and employment opportunities, especially for the people of Queen's.
Jennifer O'Sullivan
2:49:50
We have actually a number of of relationships with local Queen's Universities, including Saint John's, LaGuardia, Queens College, York College, And our human resources department works very closely with them in terms of ensuring that we are getting qualified diverse candidates throughout the pipeline into the into the the football club.
2:50:14
We have a number of of graduates of those schools and programs that are currently employees of ours.
2:50:19
We do a lot of career workshops.
2:50:23
We do a lot of mentorship programs.
2:50:26
We have a lot of our staff from the organization who go and speak to students, letting them know just about what the different types of of jobs are in sports.
2:50:35
It's not always just about being a coach, an agent, or a player.
2:50:39
But if you're into graphics design, if you're into journalism, if you're into all of these other different areas of the business, but sports provide.
2:50:45
And so a lot of it is ensuring that these local students understand and know that there's a pathway for them if they are interested And so it's a priority for us to ensure that we are bringing in kids from the Five boroughs and and specifically now queens.
2:50:58
To let them know that there are opportunities within the cloud.
Francisco P. Moya
2:51:02
And I believe we are still in talks with Q And A to develop that connection with Q And E students to be working with the New York City football club in the areas of hospitality.
2:51:15
That would create a program for them to be part of that when the stadium is built?
Jennifer O'Sullivan
2:51:20
That is correct.
2:51:20
You know, we've been limited sort of in the the those types of upper tuned is because we don't have our own stadium to play it.
2:51:27
But once we do, that opens up an entirely new, you know, area of the business is for us to be able to bring students into.
2:51:34
The one other thing I'd like to mention to is our city and the community program We do have our young leaders program.
2:51:41
And through that is a lot of those kids, our kids who come up through our programs, who then become coaches, part time coach and leaders in their own communities and and neighborhoods.
2:51:50
And we have a lot of them that come through the club as as interns as well, and they've become full time employees with us.
Francisco P. Moya
2:51:57
That's great.
2:52:00
So, look, I just want to say thank you again for being here today.
2:52:05
I'm gonna ask a couple of questions on housing, which is just really quick because I just wanna get back to some of the things that Chairman Riley had brought up.
