The applicant is seeking two main actions: a rezoning to allow for R6A and R6A C2-3 districts, and an amendment to appendix F for mandatory inclusionary housing. These actions would affect multiple lots in the area.
- Rezoning from existing R6B, R5B, and R4-1 districts to R6A and R6A C2-3
- Amendment to allow for affordability through mandatory inclusionary housing
- Additional lots on blocks 515 and 506 are included in the rezoning area

So it By way of a summary, we are seeking 2 actions.
