The presentation details the layout of the development parcels and emphasizes the architectural integration of the soccer stadium into the community. The design aims to create a cohesive urban environment along Seaver Way.
- Four development blocks: Triangle parcel, Stadium parcel, T parcel, and Northern parcel
- Stadium designed to integrate into the existing block format and match height of adjacent residences
- Consistent building frontage established along Seaver Way, transforming it into the front entryway to the new Willets Point community

So this image shows the location of the phase 1 development currently under construction, which will establish a gateway entrance into the new Willet's Point community at the southwest corner.

And in the next slide, you will see the 4 development blocks that comprise the phase 2 application currently before you.

We've termed these from south to north, the Triangle parcel the stadium parcel, the t parcel, and the northern parcel.

Next slide will show that the triangle parcel contains the hotel and a 350 unit affordable residential building.

The stadium parcel is just to the north centrally located in the district.

The t parcel will contain another 340 unit, 100 percent affordable housing building, and the northern parcel is the largest 7 10 unit 100% affordable residential building.

So the next few images will show you 2 important elements of the project.

On the next slide, you'll notice in the northeast facing image that you see here, these 2 1st phases of development will establish a consistent building frontage.

Along the east side or sevary way across from city field.

Sevary way used to be known as the back street of city field.

It will now be known as the front entry way to the new Wilts Point community.

Now while those still will be almost 35 acres of Wilts Point to be developed in future phases, these initial phases will strongly establish a new community fronting on safer way.

This will be a community of 2500 families and individuals which the Queen's development group will speak more about in a in a moment.

And you'll see this image that the stadium has been designed by our architects h okay architecture to integrate into the existing block format with its point and rise to a height concurrent with the adjacent residences.

As such, the stadium will not be some object placed on the community but rather become an integral part of the new community.

In addition to the fiscal form of the stadium, the football club will soon speak about how programming and operations will further integrate the stadium with the community.
