Just to change it in the zoning from the existing r 4 to an r 7a, the area will become a mandatory inclusionary housing.

They permit permitted as of right commercial uses will include uses, use groups 6 through 9, and use group 14, an increase in the residential floor ratio from 0.75to4.6, increasing community facility floor area from 2.0to4.0 an increase in residential building height from 35 feet to 95 feet.
