Thank you very much.
1:51:39
My name's Robert Hahn.
1:51:40
I'm a resident of Gualnis just across 4th Avenue from where the site's being developed.
1:51:46
So I'm very aware of all of the changes happening in the neighborhood, at least in my neighborhood right now.
1:51:53
And that change is really trying to change industrial sites into livable buildings where there can be an increase in density in the neighborhood as well as a 40 affordable housing in Guanace specifically.
1:52:08
I see this site very similar to some of the things that's happening in my neighborhood.
1:52:12
It's a site with very complex building limitations on the site.
1:52:19
And from what I see, the proposal is really trying to work around these limitations and propose something that allows for affordable housing on the site, but also updates, modernizes, and improves the street landscape.
1:52:33
On that street with where the bulkhead of the of the MTA comes down into the ground.
1:52:39
I would just add to, you know, Park Slope going on some very expensive neighborhoods.
1:52:46
Having a site that allows for affordable housing, not just in the neighborhood in general, but in a location that allows for a lot of access to transportation is very important.
1:52:57
In Gladys, much of the affordable housing in the neighborhood that existed prior to the rezoning is far from transportation.
1:53:04
And is is a bit of a transportation to other misallows those people that are using that affordable housing much more opportunity.
1:53:13
Down the line, jobs.
1:53:16
Otherwise, just getting around and seeing friends, getting to food, all that sort of stuff.
1:53:20
So that's it for my testimony.
1:53:22
Thank you very much.
