I'm Adam Beckerman, a senior planner at Department of Housing Preservation Development.

I'm joined today by my HVD colleagues and the development team who will introduce themselves later in the presentation.

We are seeking land use actions today to facilitate the construction of approximately 63 affordable rental units and 1 supers unit to be built over 3 vacant city owned infill sites located in the East Tremont Neighborhood of the Bronx.

These these three sites were originally part of HPDs Nighthawk's NCP request for qualifications, which identified hard to develop city owned infill sites and match them with qualified development teams.

Development team today is Briarwood Organization And Fulcrum Properties, who all have extensive experience building affordable housing in the in the Bronx.

To facilitate the project, HPD is requesting the following land use actions.

Designations on an urban development action area approval of the urban development action area project, approval of the disposition of city owned property, and article 11 approval.

The project was originally certified in November 27th and has since received approval of conditions from Bronx Community Board 6 on January 10th.

Approval conditions from the Bronxboro President on February 12th and approval from the city planning commission on March 6th.
