0:48:05
In summary, we're proud to be a non profit led team, and we're excited to be developing these vacant and underutilized lots with the Beechwood Organization.
0:48:15
We are thrilled to be building on our existing presidents in the Bronx where we have a concentration of affordable housing and programs.
0:48:22
Though these lots are small, we work to introduce a project that maximizes the number of affordable units and also provides a mix of unit sizes.
0:48:30
Finally, the project responds to the needs of the neighborhood in New York City and will provide homes for low income households and families and low income and formerly homeless seniors.
