Post rehab, the existing 78 units will be converted to 85 units for portable housing where the existing tenancy will be offered preferential rents to preserve affordability.

We anticipate it'll take 30 months to complete the scope of work of this project, which will include but is not limited to the replacement of existing roofs with new green roofs, new kitchen and bathrooms with upgrades to appliances and countertops, new energy efficient light fixtures, in both the units and common areas for solid repairs to fix defects and make buildings water sound and energy efficient.

In accordance with the city's initiative to reduce the dependency on fossil fuels, we will introduce electric kitchens at 5 of the buildings all builders post construction will achieve enterprise dream communities certifications.

In addition to comply with section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act, 5 units throughout the cluster will be retrofitted for the mobility impaired, and then additional 5 units will be retrofitted for hearing and vision impaired.
