One of the things that we've done with HPD is universal design.

There are several initiatives that we work working with them on some of their.

The vision is not only older adult housing, but also housing We're older adults living community because not only I mean, everyone doesn't wanna just live in an older adult building.

So we're looking at some of those designs.

There's been a real commitment for more housing units for for older adults and it's in those kind of initiatives that we do.

One thing we work with them are is when a plan is coming up, as they're making a development, what are gonna be the needs of older adults in those communities.
