And I think about citywide, you have about 21,000 units.
0:53:01
I know there's a a large amount of those units or or or tenants or seniors.
0:53:07
I wanna know what is being done to assist those seniors as far as knowing their rights, because we know that there will be a rightsizing that is gonna take place, and we know that, you know, that that that that is a form of can be a form of displacement.
0:53:26
So I wanna know what is being done by the agency to make sure these tenants know their rights the the the fact that they are entitled to a reasonable accommodation and that, you know, that they're being protected and they're not being aggressively taken advantage of by these management companies.

Thank you for that.

Because we've been focusing on one part of that RAD conversion, and we will now look very differently at the impact on the older adult themselves on the on the tenant.
0:54:02
Alright?
0:54:02
We've been looking at rad conversions with licensing because we've looked at because so many of our facilities are in Nitro Facilities, and many of them are being changed into that.
0:54:13
What we are coming to is in a licensing agreement with this new RAD developer and the provider to make sure that their rights again are protected.
0:54:24
And that we have the same understanding between capital improvement and infrastructure improvement versus repairs.
0:54:32
And so that's what we've been focusing on.
0:54:35
But I I will look into the tenant part of of this issue.
0:54:41
And get back to you on what we are doing or or because we may be doing something, and I'm not aware of it, or how we're gonna do it.
Chris Banks

0:54:52
Yeah.
0:54:53
And I don't wanna outseam used to be this place.
0:54:56
For the sake of profit.
0:54:59
Thank you.
