1 of the few low density communities in district 13.
6:13:31
While the 4 fundamental goals of the city of yes, economic opportunity cast a broad stroke It is in the fine print where many communities take pause.
6:13:42
What about the true impact on low density communities in the Bronx, which have become an endangered species left to crumble under the many options presented at these 18 proposals.
6:13:55
For example, proposal 5 is a Pandora's box of disasters waiting to happen blurring the lines of residential and commercial districts.
6:14:06
Many of these proposals undermine low density communities that offer an option.
6:14:12
For example, those who choose to live in Van Ness as opposed to living in Parkchester or Kauai City.
6:14:19
Many families move to these neighborhoods to escape congested parts of the city in search of a better quality of life.
6:14:27
There is a way to support our business growth without without zoning obstacles and still allow our low density communities with green spaces to coexist.
6:14:38
Why not improve on these specific zoning proposals without changing everything?
6:14:45
Instead of without without low density, the zoning should be focused on specific proposals.
6:14:54
That further growth, commercial growth with less negative impact on low density communities.
6:15:01
For the record, myself, and low density communities are not against change, but against too much of it.
6:15:09
