- Nurse says the current list is sending off flags for people and a more comprehensive list is needed, especially detailing what is not allowed
- Nurse believes most communities don't think the city is capable of enforcing most laws on the books
- Nurse wants to see the complementary proposals or budgetary proposals that will help with enforcement of the new rules

And then the last piece is, in terms of the home occupied piece and commercial use above residential, I think we just really need a more comprehensive list of what, you know, because what people are going to and what you've got on the list, you know, it doesn't it's it's sending off it's sending off flags for people.
1:58:37
And so I think just a more comprehensive list and really explaining, you know, what isn't a lot like, more comprehensively, what isn't, even more so than what is, I I think, and what the enforcement plan is gonna be behind it.
1:58:52
That's the other thing.
1:58:54
And I know council member, Shulman, mentioned that, but I just I think most communities just don't believe that the city is capable of do really enforcing most of its laws on the book.
1:59:06
And so I would I think it's gonna be important to show how you all plan to do that.
1:59:11
What is the complementary proposals or budgetary proposals that are gonna help that.
1:59:17
So that's it.
