And, you know, overall, I think this is a a smart and sensible set of recommendations from the Department of City Planning, and I'm I'm broadly supportive I wanted to just dig in on a couple areas that my colleagues mentioned, and I really wanna highlight and support their leadership, especially cops members Gutierrez and ambulance.

Council member Gutierrez has done just, I think, a really impressive job of leading the Em zone coalition of council members and advocates and engaging constructively with DCP over the course of the last year.
2:19:11
And I wanna thank you and your team for engaging constructively with us.
2:19:15
And especially with consumerical Gutierrez who's led the way on behalf of the council with, of course, the strong support of Speaker Adams.
2:19:22
I do have a couple areas of ongoing concern on kind of my understanding of this data play.
2:19:29
You know, I really wanna see us strengthen protections for core industrial districts as much as possible.
2:19:34
And I should actually just take a step back and say, this you know, conversation on core and transitional and growth districts really builds on the work of the North Brooklyn in industrial innovation plan from a few years ago that then council member Reynoso did a really great job in leading that fight and leading that effort, and I'm glad to see us now come to a place where we can start to potentially adopt some of those tools and be able to to see them implemented in in manufacturing districts around the city.
