In summary, the City of Yes economic opportunity proposals would:
- Allow a wider range of businesses in more locations to reduce vacancies
- Enable the largest expansion of clean manufacturing space in 60 years
- Support life sciences growth with 3 million square feet of new space
- Help 17,000 industrial businesses currently blocked from expanding
- Improve access to corner stores for 265,000 New Yorkers
