And I really appreciated your comments today that it's were overdue for having a conversation when a neighborhood like Redhook has been so unfairly saturated with these facilities and extraordinary amounts of truck traffic.

Is I realized that we're not gonna solve for last miles in this process, but I think it's really important that we start to have a substantive conversation now Is there, you know, in light of the letter that was signed by a majority of council members?

And while we regard this as a as a serious issue and one that deserves the city's attention.

I am certainly committed to a a meeting to think about possible next steps.

And while it is not a proposal, you know, things like a special permit up because you're not within scope here, and it may not be that land use is the right root for this.

We do think we should be exploring all avenues that would directly affect the concerns of council member of Euless and her constituents and all of us because that is a real issue that is happening in Sunset Park and Redhook, and also up in the council member, Salamanca's district.

I just think if we could make some progress as this process goes forward we can talk to our constituents about the products coming on last mile when this is coming to the finish line.
