- Young urges Brooklyn council members to pressure the state-appointed Hudson River Park Trust board to reassess the heliport's operations.
- He advocates for supporting Resolution 226 to amend state law and ban non-essential helicopter use at the West 30th Street Heliport.

2:45:29
The first step, and I'll wrap up.
2:45:31
The first step and the main point we wanna make is we want you to join council member Brewer in support of the legislation, Resolution 226, that focuses on the state legislature and to call on them to amend the Hudson River Trust Park Act by banning non helicopter use at that airport.
2:45:47
Thank you.
