We live on the Upper West side, having moved there from downtown thinking we were moving to a quieter neighborhood.

You know, I just like people to try to imagine if we allowed tourists to rent an ambulance or a fire engine to tour neighborhoods, you know, that's kind of what it's like with these non essential flights.
