Just really quickly, in the RFP that's listed, that's that we have submissions on, is there a listed lease fee for the operators?
1:09:53
Like, is there a is there a description of how much folks have the operators would have to pay to utilize and lease out of, like, usage from the teleports?

Yeah.
1:10:02
So it's a concession that we're running through a competitive procurement.
1:10:06
So as one of multiple criteria, evaluation criteria, it is a fee offer, and it's a to the market to come up with the most competitive fee offer to generate the most revenue to the city.
1:10:18
But again, that's just one evaluation criteria that we're balancing along with you know, operational experience and which will and quality of life concerns as well.

Okay.
1:10:28
Great.
1:10:30
I'd like to see our revenue directly generated from at least these agreements that we have to be higher than what we're getting.
1:10:38
So please keep me in the loop of what that turns out to be with the RFP.
