The agency does not differentiate between part-time and full-time employees when responding to complaints about schedule changes.
- For any Fair Workweek Law complaint, the agency interviews the complainant
- They aim to understand the scope of alleged violations
- They identify if there are other affected workers
- The employment status (part-time or full-time) does not impact how they handle the complaint

And how is the agency responding to complaints involving changes to an employee's schedule, and does the response differ of the employee's part timer full time?

It it would not matter whether the employee was part time or full time, and with any fair work we complain, we're doing, you know, we're starting off by doing an interview of the complainant to understand the scope of the violations, issue spot, anything the complainant may not be aware of and identify whether there are other workers affected.
