Autumn Weintraub states that dealing with large corporations on open complaints is challenging, but the agency works hard to ensure compliance and progress investigations. She expresses a desire for resolution or a citywide investigation due to systemic violations, noting a prolonged period without resolution.

  • Large corporations pose difficulties in handling open complaints
  • The agency diligently seeks compliance and advances investigations
  • There is a call for resolution or citywide probe given systemic violations
  • The process has been lengthy without reaching a resolution

So last question that I have, so I guess it's for 32 BJ.
1:10:06
So could you give sort of a summary of what the experience has been like with these open complaints.
1:10:13
Is it is there a good level of communication?
1:10:16
Is there not?
1:10:17

I mean, the the experiences that I think these are they're huge corporations, and the work of the agency is incredibly important, and they're very, very hardworking.
1:10:35
I think in general, they do their best to make sure that the companies comply and that the investigating patients go forward.
1:10:45
I think on this particular case, it has been quite a while since there's been resolution, and so we hope that there's some sort of decision, either resolution on some of the the complaints or, ideally, that because the violations are so systemic that they'll be a city wide investigation.

So we're hoping to hear some news on that soon.
