When we get generally info work week, our cases, as soon as we get a complaint from a worker and he's assigned to an investigator, they are going to be contacting the worker and making sure that we're going over the complaint, the information they provided, find out if we have any questions for them that can provide additional information, identify what is the scope of the investigation, what are the issues that have been presented, is this something that it appears to be localized to a store, or is it something that would spread across a number of stores or all of the stores.

Once we do that is we do reach out to the company and ask for records so that we can obviously verify the information We have a team of not just attorneys, but data scientists who are going to be looking at the data and make sure that we can do the calculations.
