The Assistant Commissioner of External Affairs states there are no complaints from utility safety workers because the workers have achieved compliance through their collective bargaining agreements with employers.
- The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) has not received complaints from these workers
- However, DCWP has been receiving more complaints overall since updating their systems
- The DCWP remains open to any complaints utility safety workers may have regarding worker rights, consumer issues, or financial empowerment

I would say in my discussions with the the the labor organizations representing those workers that they've been able to achieve compliance with those employers through their collective bargaining agreements.

And we haven't, on our end, received complaints although I'd say complaints or we've been receiving more and more complaints of every every day since we've updated our systems.

But that said, I wanna make sure that those workers understand that we are a resource for them no matter what worker rights, consumerize financial empowerment.

So we are open open to any complaints they might have.
