We have a a merchant ship on beach channel that could use some support to really build it up and also in Arba by the sea where you know, we have a little bit of ebbs and flows.

Like, we have a vacant bank spot in Auburn by the sea where Chase was in a long term lease.

And they have since removed all of their staff.

They're they're still in the lease, but we're trying to attract another bank there.

So if there's a way that SBS can play a role with that too.

That would be helpful in terms of that type of tenant for that particular space.

And and I also wanna just mention that our grant program is open for Avenue YC and neighborhood 360.

So if you know any local organizations that are doing commercial v revitalization work, we encourage you to let them know that they should apply because the first, you know, step is to really assess what is happening

And giving those organizations the tools so that over time, we know that vacancies that have this absence flow, it goes up and down, but we wanna empower those community groups to understand how to address those challenges on a longer term.
